VG Project Group partnered with private developer Modco to bring to life their vision for The Seacliff Terraces, a $63M residential development consisting of seven luxurious townhouses in Clifton.

By collaborating with Modco to reimagine their initial concept, VG was able to not only optimise the development’s value, but also enhance the overall design. With a newly appointed design team and streamlined coordination, VG’s contributions resulted in a profitable and innovative development that will undoubtedly become a new hallmark for the region.

Thanks to VG’s expertise in design value engineering, construction costs were reduced by 15%. Additionally, modifications to the development’s floor space ratio (FSSR) and unit layouts led to a 12% increase in yield.
