The Esplanade Cronulla project, known as “Zephyr,” is a luxury residential development located at 34 The Esplanade, Cronulla, NSW 2230. Developed by Terra Ferma in partnership with KNOX, an award-winning developer and builder, Zephyr comprises five exclusive full-floor apartments, each approximately 220 square meters in size. 

Designed by EMK Architects, the building features a unique façade with sweeping curves that blend seamlessly with the coastal landscape, inspired by the layers found in the rock strata of the nearby break rocks. This design ensures that each apartment offers expansive ocean views from every bedroom and living area, while maintaining complete privacy from neighboring properties. 

VG was engaged for design management and quality control to ensure that the project’s architectural vision was realized to the highest standards. Their role encompassed overseeing the design process, coordinating between the architects and builders, and implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout construction. This collaboration aimed to deliver a development that not only meets but exceeds expectations in terms of design excellence and construction quality.
