VG project group worked with private developer Sunshine Hope, for the design of their new development ‘The Chambers Place’. A $40M residential development comprised of 66 units. The developer engaged VG following DA approval to project manage the design development phase of the project. VG project group worked with consultants and stakeholders to bring the design from 70% complete through to tender phase. VG were able to finalise the design over a 3 month period, while incorporating significant improvements and savings. Improvements in design value engineering were 17% in construction cost. Increased yield due to redesign and improvement in FSR and unit layouts by 9%.
