Mosaic is a 14-storey mixed-use development located at 273-279 Sussex Street in Sydney’s central business district. Designed by Tony Owen Partners, the building comprises a four-storey retail and commercial podium with 37 residential units above. VG’s Engagement: VG was engaged for comprehensive services, including design management, funds management, project management, procurement management, and quality control. Their role encompassed overseeing the design process, ensuring financial oversight, coordinating between architects and builders, managing procurement processes, and implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout construction. This collaboration aimed to deliver a development that not only meets but exceeds expectations in terms of design excellence and construction quality.
