A state of the art 24-hour service centre designed for Bdouble trucks and road trains and provides a Shell petrol station and convenience store, truck stop, 24- hour cafe and Burger Edge store with drive-through. The facility has employed roughly 30 full and part-time staff members. VG Project Group was engaged to deliver project management and procurement management services across the lifecycle of the development. Our role focused on ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery of critical materials, and coordination of contractors to meet tight program milestones. VG’s management ensured the facility was completed to a high standard, aligned with the operational needs of a high-traffic commercial site.
