VG Project Group project managed the design and construction of 9 senior living townhouses for Land & Housing Corporation on behalf of Terra Ferma. The homes were designed to comply with accessibility standards and needed to meet strict standards for safety, quality and finish. Partnering with long term client Terra Ferma, VG were involved from the start and assisted during the tender process. Following contract award, VG were responsible for managing the project from commencement to handover. Managing all aspects of the project performance, VG were successful in achieving strong outcomes despite challenges and unforeseen delays as a result of the escalating Covid-19 pandemic. Despite these challenges, project was successful in meeting program and budget and was successfully handed over to LAHC defect free.
