The Hannaville Apartments project involved the design and project management of a high-end mixed use development in Wollongong. The development was comprised of 81 apartments, 6 commercial spaces and 2 retail shops, and was built over 7 storeys.

Following early challenges during structural construction, the developer engaged VG to undertake a detailed peer review of the active site and design to bring the development in line with BCA & Australian Standards.

VG guided the project team on corrective actions and design amendments to ensure the project was fit-for-purpose, and being delivered to safety and quality standards.

Managing the remainder of the project through to completion and handover, VG was successful in achieving cost, quality and compliance improvements. Importantly, receiving excellent results with commissioner compliance within the first inspection.
