VG Project Group acted as both Project Manager and Program Advisor for this large-scale residential development, comprising 383 units and 6 retail spaces. Our role spanned from procurement and design coordination to construction oversight, ensuring timely delivery and high standards throughout. VG managed all aspects of the project, including liaising with authorities to streamline approvals, optimizing resource allocation to maintain cost-effectiveness, and ensuring the project remained within budget and on schedule.
