Darwin Corporate Park is a premier business park for mixed use commercial office space located in what is now recognised as the centre of greater Darwin. Darwin Corporate Park is landscaped throughout with shaded trees and covered walkways interconnecting the entire corporate park. Darwin Corporate Park is a two Stage integrated development and will be made up of eight office buildings with three floors each. Stage 1 was completed in 2014, and Stage 2 is under construction. VG managed the construction of the office for Jaytex, including the fit outs for Bet365. The construction involved critical procurement from overseas and VG was responsible for managing the program to ensure the project was completed in time and the long lead procurement items would fit the program.

VG was responsible for:

• Develop and lead the project team with strategic decisions and technical advice.
• Oversee building programs, finances and ensuring quality in line with the PMP.
• Create and Implement cost effective plans to achieve project deliverables.
• Early identification of project risks and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Strategic contract negotiation and executive authority under contract.
