Developed by Terra Ferma in collaboration with KNOX, this project offers a Mediterranean-inspired living experience along Sydney’s coastline. Casa Capri draws inspiration from European beachside living, incorporating Mediterranean textures and finishes throughout its design. The architecture features washed-out terracotta exteriors, pastel hues, and neutral interiors, complemented by natural materials sourced locally. Each residence offers panoramic ocean views from all bedrooms and living areas, private elevator access, fireplaces, bars, and expansive balconies that serve as extensions of the beachfront into the home. 

VG was engaged for comprehensive services, including design management, funds management, project management, procurement management, and quality control. Their role encompassed overseeing the design process, ensuring financial oversight, coordinating between architects and builders, managing procurement processes, and implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout construction. This collaboration aimed to deliver a development that not only meets but exceeds expectations in terms of design excellence and construction quality.
