The project

The ALDI Salisbury project involved a two-stage redevelopment comprising an extension and a full refurbishment of the store. Led by Kim Gower, this project showcased meticulous planning and execution to ensure minimal disruption and client satisfaction. During the initial stage, works were carried out in a fully operational store, requiring careful scheduling and coordination. Intrusive internal works were conducted exclusively outside of operating hours, ensuring uninterrupted operations for customers and staff. The second stage involved a planned two-week store closure. During this period, the selling floor was expanded, and the store underwent a comprehensive refurbishment. New refrigeration systems, coolrooms, and freezers were installed and commissioned to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Kim Gower’s leadership and project management expertise were instrumental in ensuring seamless execution, meeting client expectations, and delivering a revitalized ALDI Salisbury store.
